iHomeMap is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple's EULA is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/.../stdeula.
Credits are consumable in-app purchases sold through the Apple App Store. Once used to generate a PDF export, credits are consumed and non-refundable. Credits do not expire. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through the App Store.
iHomeMap generates floor plans using LiDAR sensor data and Apple's RoomPlan framework. Floor plan outputs are estimates and should not be used as the basis for legal, surveying, or structural decisions. We make no warranty of accuracy. Always verify dimensions independently before using them for construction, legal documentation, or property transactions.
The iHomeMap app, its design, and its code are owned by the developer. Floor plan exports you create are yours. We claim no ownership over your scan data.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Canadian courts.
