One $4.99 CAD credit exports a single floor-level PDF. The PDF includes all rooms scanned on that floor, with dimension lines, a north arrow, scale bar, and your property address header.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request. Credits that have already been used to generate an export cannot be refunded.
